2019 had an accident went into ICU coma with organs and pneumonia. I woke up 21 days later and worked hard to learn to walk again and dealt with sole mome mentap demons and here I am started with TRT then slowly do blast cruise.

I'm 38 years old

Liver Guard
Mulitvitamins

Please advice my legs are permanently and damaged and need doses higher for cruise or blast. Bloodwork every 3 months.

Everyday has cardio from bike ride, boxing and stops. Trying start a business to advocate people with mental and physical issues to reach their bottle like me they deserve a second chance.

Hey brother, sounds like you’ve been through a lot and it’s inspiring how you’ve pushed through everything. Bouncing back from an accident and learning to walk again takes some serious strength.

About your legs, just pumping up the test or GH isn’t gonna fix stuff that’s permanently damaged. Great for muscle growth and general recovery but they can’t rebuild what’s already damaged like that. Physical therapy or rehab stuff with your current routine is best.

The guys here might have some other thoughts but that’s what I’d say. Anyways welcome to the forum bro. I'll be following your posts.

Yup in five years to learn to walk, ICU after fasciotomy to keep my legs from narcosis which would killed me and in a coma I caught part pneumonia and when I went back to normal I caught MRSA would most resistant to antibiotics. I was if my legs don't improve movement they cut it off. I managed to however they sent me home with medical devices on my feet to clean for skin grafts instead of happening I caught an infection and both legs needed 9 surgeries in 2 weeks and I had to restart using walking sticks, shin splints I spent Christmas and New Years. Luckily they stitched up my legs and said skin graft atm aren't need skin graft then same year I tore my pec and that took 12 weeks then whilst getting mental health help and physical and it doesn't end I caught a virus where my kidneys and organs came close to failing. One thing I had was hope that I could beat this.

My goal obviously live a happy life but also start an advocacy as I do some modelling and I want encourage people with mental and physical issues to be the best they can be.

Last pic is me right now well taken Sep 12. My purpose to help the ones who really needed it and male or female and not be embarrassed. You gotta try.
