First Post test prop

Hi All

Just after some advice, been in thailand for a few months just got back to aus and grabbed some test p from gear maniac its great! Just wanted thoughts on what to run with it.

Im 6'4
114k
Probably 14% body fat

Calories are 4500 to 5000 a day training 6 days a week.

Just started 1ml prop eod and wanted some suggestions to add in. I was thinking primo and mast prop.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
You’re already in a good spot. Foods and training’s there, also stack you have is plenty to work with. Personally I wouldn’t rush to stack too much straight away. If you’re set on adding something I think primo is the cleaner option alongside the prop. Just keeps things lean, manageable and easier on sides. Mast at your bf it’s not going do much. With prop EOD and high calories you’ll grow.
 
I’d run it a bit different. At your size and cals you don’t need to stack a bunch straight away. I’d just see how you go on the prop first, make sure you’re handling the pins and sides properly because prop EOD can get old quick. Once you know you’re good then add something like primo if you want cleaner growth. I wouldn’t bother with mast here, not at your body fat and not when you’re trying to grow.
