Front loading means taking a higher dose at the beginning of your cycle to reach steady blood levels more quickly. So helps you manage your doses. This method works with long esters because of their extended half lives and the way they release into the bloodstream more gradually over time.
So for example if you’re taking test e at 500mg per week, you can front load by taking 1000mg at the start.
Week 1 (Home, Front Load): 1000mg test e at the beginning of the week.
Week 2 (Home): 500mg test e
Weeks 3-4 (Away) Before leaving take 1000mg to cover the two weeks away.
Week 5 (Home): 500mg test e
Week 6 (Home): 500mg test e
Weeks 3-4 (Away) Before leaving take 1000mg to cover the two weeks away.
an so on..
Awesome thanks for the help, this will be my first cycle so am going to post another thread later with the details to get more advice. Done a buttload of research but I feel like having people’s input to clarify it would be awesome.
