Morning, just wondering if any fellow bodybuilders use primo, and have a reliable source? It seems like there's zero out there at the moment.

No worries. Anavar is generally considered safer and less androgenic than Primo, TUDCA/NAC are just to support the liver as with all orals they can smash your liver.

But to save your worries, I was prescribed terbinafine from the dr for a nail fungal infection and that hit my liver worse than 20mg a day of Anavar. Considering womens dosing is generally 5-10mg a day the additional strain is quite lite in comparison.
 
Thank you Chase, I had a bad experience with anavar when I first started with supps so im hesitant. And not a fan of orals generally. But I'll purchase TUDCA and hopefully a good short term solution. I may message you for some guidance once im ready if that's ok? Excuse my ignorance, I've literally only ever taken primo, apart from some stacking at one point in my body-building journey lol

Hi Chase God it was long ago, but essentially really bad break out, I cant remember the dosage but would have been within guidelines, im always worried about side affects. How long have you been lifting ect?
 
Ah that's not something I know much about, a girl in my gym uses Vitamin B5 as said that helps with reducing skin oil and others here swear by washing with cheap anti dandruff shampoo which has benzoyl peroxide in.

As for my lifting I've essentially started from scratch. I used to powerlift in my twenties but had a knee injury and a nerve impingement in my shoulder which put me out and never got back to lifting properly until about a year ago. I've always been training but it was always sports specific so were doing things like barbel box step ups and defecit jefferson curls and excercises purely to assist with sport or mobility.

During that time I lost about 8kg in mass, and then finally decided to sort my self out. During this time it became a hobby to read and research about steroids, then I thought I'd check my test levels first and realised I was just in range for TRT. Back up to my original weight now with the assistance of test. Six months cruising at 250mg test E a week, now down to 200mg, and have only done two cycles, one just higher test, second with high test and anavar. Had just started a cycle with Deca then got injured again so I stopped the cycle a week in.
