Cutting after a bulk

Gday Gents!

I been reading posts here and must say I'm really impressed with the vibe here. It's like all the top blokes in one spot, luv it!

Question for you all, how long would you wait after a bulk cycle before you start cutting? I’m not going to use anything to cut (I don’t think, but open to suggestions)
 
You can start the day your bulk stops. You don’t need to let your hormones recover before changing your diet and training routine. I transition straight into a cut by lowering my cals more and more every few days to allow my mind to adjust to the deficit.
 
I'm with @flexymcflexface on this one. You can cut after a bulk if you want but I like to let my body get used to the new muscle before starting a cut. It’s very tough to add lean mass and cutting right away might lead to losing it.
Also if you are clean bulking and clean cutting (last one needs to be) you have had a shit life with food. So best to give yourself a treat. Enjoy life again before you start to hate it due to food restrictions.
 
The boys have covered it all here. I wait a few weeks and normally focus on a gradual calorie deficit just so I can maintain my strength training and prioritise recovery and nutrition to preserve as much muscle mass while cutting.
