What supplements do you take or what do you do to manage those nasty food cravings around that time of the month or just in general? I always get cravings for sweets, especially chocolate!!! And I don't like the protein chocolates. They have a weird taste or is that just me lol?

Caffeine, more satiating sources of food abiding digestion, cardio, being busier and most importantly will. I'm exactly the same honestly. It takes time and depends on how badly you want whatever goal you're striving towards.

Hormone driven food cravings are very had to manage. Access to the ‘goodies’ is one of the biggest challenges. Also shopping hungry is never a good idea, you could try wicked sister protein yogurt, or a casein protein powder mixed with Greek yogurt... Chocolate of course, hazelnut for me 😜. But as @NickLovesCybexHack said caffeine is a good place to start…

I get you on the cravings... lol... even though I don’t deal with them around that time of the month, I’ve definitely had my fair share of battling them, especially for chocolate. One thing that helps me is making sure I’m not cutting carbs or fats too low in my diet which can sometimes make cravings worse.

When the sweet tooth kicks in I try having dark chocolate (Lindt 70% or higher), which still satisfies the craving but with way less sugar. If you’re not into the protein chocolates (I’m with you some do taste off) maybe try a healthier alternative like mixing cocoa powder with Greek yogurt and a bit of stevia for a sweet fix.

As I approach the end of a diet, I find it challenging to resist cravings. To overcome this, I can try incorporating higher volume foods such as increasing my intake of green vegetables, replacing regular meals with salads and including raw vegetables like capsicum, cucumber, and bean shoots. I can also consider using WPI/ICE/guar gum to make ice cream as a low cal PWO shake alternative. Increasing the effort of chewing by using chewing gum, a small spoon, and chewing food thoroughly can also be helpful. Staying well-hydrated is important, so consuming 3-4 liters of water daily can aid in managing cravings.

There is a sugar free maple syrup and same brand do chocolate sauce and caramel sauce

I pair this with a banana when craving sweets

I'm going to say Greek yogurt with fresh or frozen berries drizzled with a little bit of honey or trail mix nuts.

So prob once a fortnight I feel I need a desert my go to of late is

1 crumpet
1 peters lite and creamy vanilla ice cream slab
1 serve of either queens chocolate sauce or maple syrup
