Well we all know cardio is a crucial part of burning calories and bringing our body fat down to looking our best and especially to be at our peak performance..

However, with me I specifically like explosive and high temp cardio rather than say a long run..
Hear me out….

Yep I agree with you that style of cardio I feel cooked for hours, way more than when I just jog. Makes sense what you’re saying about the fat burn after. I read that somewhere before as well. Obviously proof is in the pudding 😂 💪
