Hi Mate,

Just bought both of these for shoulder and hamstring issues. Haven't had to reconstitute anything before. Both compounds are 5mg and in smaller vials than the other products I use. Do you know how much backwater I mix in and what an average dose would be? Im hearing 2ml bacwater for the 157 and 1ml for the 500. Does that sound right?

Ok number 1, don't use bas water, its salt water that will break down the compound in each vial deeming them useless... use injectable water, or sterile water

Bpc vial put 1.5ml, so 1 and a half diabetic syringes in it, then draw it out and put in TB vial, both should be vacuum sealed so should just draw the water in. Put an extra 1 ml water in the TB vial, draw up .5ml in each inject it staright into shoulder and then hamstring

I've just ordered some combined BPC 157 and TB 500, hoping this might help with my AC injury. No human data for evidence, but it worked in animals But loads of anedotal data out there, so fingers crossed. Will let you know how I go.
