I’ve done a few test e only cycles and they have worked well
I’m 38 and have been training for 20 years. Training and nutrition are on point just looking for that extra so,
I wanted to try my first blast + cruise.
I’ve done some research but due to the amount of information I can’t decide what is right and wrong.
I want to blast, cruise and blast again. Then do PCT
Can I do this all on just test e and nolvadex?
Could I do:
10 weeks @ 400mg
12 weeks @ 150mg
10 weeks @ 400mg
Then do a PCT
Would this cause me to need TRT for the rest of my life?
Open to all Thoughts, ideas and suggestions
 
There's nothing wrong with what you're proposing.

I'd do some blood tests before you start, during and after.

Need to make sure all your health markers are on point.

I don't know what your body composition, diet or goals is so can't really comment much.

Diet is mostly whole foods
Grams per day
Protein 200
Carbs around 200-300
day 55-88
Cals between 2600 -2900
Weighing 75 at around 12% body fat
Goal is to be 80kg at 10% fat
Aiming to accomplish this goal in 2 years

Cycle then cruise.

No real issues but eveyone is different. At your age you do run a higher risk of crashing your natural test production for good but you won't know until you do PCT. Which just means you go back to TRT 100-150mg a week if it has.

It sux pinning 2 times a week for the rest of our lives but also it is what it is and we fell good.

If you do want to add anything into the mix and with your body stats I don't think you need to if your new you could easily add Primo (but i wouldn't at the moment with the amount of fake primo being sold) or 6 weeks anavar at 40mg a day split into 2.

Ok, sweet, thank you. I have bounced back well each time I have only done a 12 week blast after the PCT.
Would hcg be worth considering?
 
When I was your age I did half a dozen sports cycles similar to what you suggest. Mostly medically prescribed and never PCT. Maximum weekly Test was about 400 and often 200 decca or primobolan. Didn’t have any shutdown problems but I often had 6-8 months off between cycles. I tapered doses at each end ( Sustenon 250 every 3 weeks ). I firmly believe that the pulsing effect of mixed esters and long dosing protocol (3 weeks between injections) is what kicked my natural system off well.
Mixing esters, tapering and long dosing gaps isn’t considered best practice nowadays however the only time I noticed shutdown was when I did 3 months on test C 200-300 mg 5-7 days.
I’d suggest a second compound like mast for cycle. Blood tests before, during trt and after will be your only definitive answer. Get your levels back into range for post cycle period - you may be lucky & not need much else

You sound like your in pretty good shape already and reaching your goal is very achievable. You'd need to focus on careful bulking with a high emphasis on muscle hypertrophy through resistance training. Definitely look into adding compounds like Deca, Mast or Anavar.

Yea I would only slowly bulk. Hypertrophy is the aim with minimal fat storage. Which would you suggest out of Deca + Mast? What do each do? I have done var in the past it worked well

Decca will usually give you more bulk, strength, water & joint lubrication. Mast balances out hormones nicely and usually incorporated into lower calorie protocols. Both excellent choices for 2nd compound.
 
Deca is great for bulking cause it adds some water weight which helps with joint pain while Masteron is ideal if you're cutting cause it keeps you looking dry and ripped. If you're adding a second compound both are good choices. For doses you could start with 200-400 mg per week for Deca to see how you respond and 300-400 mg per week for Mast. Watch how your body reacts and adjust as needed.
