Best meal delivery services

Hi all, I'm brand new to this. Work keeps me busy and time-poor. I often arrive home late, ravenously hungry, and have found the best way to avoid immediate snacking is with pre-prepared meals. I live alone and am a terrible cook, so have been trying microwave meals from the main supermarket chains. Problem is they're so tiny, it becomes very expensive if I have two meals for dinner every night! Has anyone come across a meal delivery service that provides meals with decent portion sizes? Yes, I've tried many protein shakes over the years to feel fuller after dinner, unfortunately they don't agree with me. Trying to boost nutrition via healthier meal options

I remember looking into it and the best one I found was food4fitness. Was too expensive for me but they have a lot of scope to customise stuff and also have relatively bland protein sources that aren't covered with sauces and shit.

I know it's not premade but an easy option

Slow cookers meal prep on weekend for the week

Butter chicken bottle plus chicken and frozen veg .

Make up the recipe in myfitnesspal and weight it up in to containers for the week

Better value and better macros

Thanks TM, I might have to do that. My cooking experiences in the past haven't been great, but surely I can follow a slow cooker recipe... surely... SURELY??? 😅

Lean beef mince, bottle of pasta sauce , bag of frozen veg chuck it all in slow cooker and turn it on

Chicken breast, bottle of chicken tonight or bottle of curry, bag of frozen veg.

They aren't gonna be amazing Michelin star meals but they will do better than premade microwave meals

Not sure how your going with your meal prep but I put a post up in the local community page asking about this a while ago.
I actually found a company that made meals to your macros but he's now closed down as it wasn't profitable for them

What I did notice though is SOOOOO many Mums said they would be happy to cook up as many meals as I wanted to my macros for pretty cheap too.

I could go get everything I needed or they would do it for me
Might be worth a shot doing that if you really dont want to cook

I like a mob called muscle diets. They do large meals, protein heavy and over 500 calories for the large meals.
Use promo code HOT42 for 42% off regular price
Use promo code M89 for 12 large meals for $89

They are usually pretty good for a meal service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with this company, just use them a few times.
