Challenge:
- Perform as many bodyweight squats as possible in 2 minutes.
- Rest: Brief pauses are allowed, but no extended breaks.
- Form: Knees aligned with toes, hips below knee level. Incorrect form won’t count!
How to Enter:
- Post your video in this thread, ensuring your form is clear and visible.
- Angle: The video must be side view. Front view videos will be rejected.
- Wear a mask and hat if you prefer to keep your face hidden.
- Enter as many times as you like!
Prize:
- The participant with the highest number of bodyweight squats within 2 minutes (proper form only!) will win $500, sent directly to their crypto wallet.
- All entries will be reviewed, and the squat count will be verified based on proper form. Decisions by the judges are final.
