Meal 4 90g cream of rice pre workout

10g peanut butter
10g honey
50g banana
40g whey drip


Meal 5 post workout same as meal 4


Meal 6 250g rump steak
440g jasmine rice
25g lite cheese
50g avocado

150 g Greek lite yoghurt
100g mixed berries
