9.7g of fat

this has been my go to for breakfast for the past couple of months at least
So good can’t think I’ll ever get sick of it
2xweetbix (I use the cranberry)
Sliced banana
200g yogurt of your choice
30g quick oats
100g Frozen fruit
20g honey
I prepare the night before then put in the fridge Overnight
