I'll send mine over later, my best attempt wasn't my best, wind blew the rope into me yesterday. I just want to have one more try. I tried this morning and it was a total failure, DOMS and metabolic fatigue has ruined me. Really should have done some practive runs beginning of week.

If you're having problems uploading your video if it's too big, upload it to Whatsapp and send to yourself. It'll reduce the file size by about 10x.

We’ve had to extend the competition for a bit longer — unfortunately, not all videos have come through yet. We can only give away the $500 prize once we’ve received all 10 videos from the members who opted in.

A big thank you to all 10 members who sent in their videos - this community thrives because of people like you who jump in and take part in these fun challenges. We really appreciate it!

It took a bit longer than expected, but we finally received our 10th video yesterday. Big thanks again to everyone who followed through and sent their videos in. A few members opted in but didn’t end up submitting (you know who you are ), but luckily a few others who hadn’t signed up still sent theirs directly to me - appreciate that boys

A couple of the entries asked for their videos not to be shared since their faces were visible, so we’ve just decided to only post the winner’s clip.

The winner is no stranger to these challenges - after winning the 'Push-Up Burpee Challenge', he’s taken out another one.

Congratulations, @Map - well deserved!

P.S. We need you to start a training log on the forum so the community can follow along and get some insight into your training.
