Advice/ opinions needed.

Hey. I hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays/ xmas so far..
2026 is the big 50 for me.
The last 5 yrs i went from ft 6.2 and 117kg to 83kg bc of cancer. All good now except when it comes to gaining weight and being able to wrk again..

The radiation treatment was to my face so no organs or other have been affected..
I am wanting a kick starter without the high sugars in the protein drinks.
Even though I have lost the weight, my shape and strength has held up fairly well.
Any suggestions on what kicker starters I can use, foods that will help me gain weight without the added sugar that i can include while trying to bulk up.
I have started to eat a lot of Eggs and steak.
All suggestions/ opinions/ cycles/ courses will be much appreciated. Thanks.
 
Food will do more than any kicker right now. Eggs and steak is great, keep that up. Add in whole foods that are calorie dense but low sugar like rice, potatoes, oats, olive oil, avocado, nut butters, full fat Greek yoghurt, mince, salmon. Liquid calories help too but make your own shakes. As for cycles..... honestly, after cancer, that’s something to clear with your doctor first not a forum. No one here should push you into that without bloods and clearance. Get hormones checked.. especially test, fix any deficiencies, then build from there.
