Advice on first cycle

Hey guys, tanks in advance for your help and feed back

Been in the gym consistently for 4 years now, been doing TRT Test E 250mg/1ml at .5ml twice a week for about 12 months
Has increased energy levels, mood, *** drive and strength
I want to do my first stack, to add to the test wanting to do more lean muscle gain and still cut fat while running it
Any advice or opinions on what would be the best stack?
 
I like Mast or Var ( short term) Very tight Diet /carb cycling will be needed. Gaining muscle/ strength & dropping fat at same time isn’t easiest protocol
 
Also side note I work fifo, 1 week on 1 week off, so I have 7 days I can’t pin any recommendations with that?

Add in 40mg of Var a day for 6 weeks max. Use some great support supps as well as Orals do stuff up Lipids.
Just be aware your NOT doing TRT you are basically in Sports Cycle dosages. TRT is normally 100- 150mg per week.

Have you done your bloods yet?
Diet and training will be key its not always about the gear you take. You can take truck loads of everything but if the input and output are trash then their isn't any reason to do it.

Endos usually prescribe it every 3 weeks which is less than 100mg/week. Sounds like you scored a lucky mistake so check bloodwork when going back to real trt ( might not be able to get another prescription due to high testosterone or other health markers )
In relation to fifo;
I like Sustenon as it keeps levels up for a couple of weeks. Enanthate, Mast or Primo are ok weekly. EQ is another longer & stronger acting option. Anything mentioned above should be ok weekly at low doses ( sports cycle ) Simply adding Var for a month should make a noticeable difference so don’t complicate it to much for first few cycles
 
The boys have covered it all, and I'm probably mirroring them, but I'll just add my 2 cents :)

250mg a week isn't TRT, that’s cruising.. but all good if it’s working.

For your first stack, keep it simple. Add Primo at 400mg/week, good for lean gains and fat loss.

Or the Mast, with 14% BF you might get away with Masteron at 300 to 400mg/week.

With FIFO, pin your full weekly dose of Test and Primo/Mast before heading out it’s fine to pin once a week in this case. If you want an oral option, go with Var at 40–50mg/day for 6-8 weeks, but don’t skip liver support like NAC or TUDCA.

Your diet... lean surplus, heaps of protein and train hard 💪

And check your bloods before and after 👊
