I'm middle age tradie,been training on and off for over 25 years,ran every ped cycle you could think of.i like to stick to the basics these days,test,deca,dbol or Anavar,classic bulk,test tren Anavar,test EQ.only 2 compound cycles mainly with an oral occasionally.
190lbs,5.7.
Just a gym bro,never had ambition to compete,life too busy,diet is not great but suffice.
I train only free weights, medium weight compound lifts,high rep,medium to light weight isolation movements.i much prefer the golden era physiques and look over the shredded/peeled to the bone look,I also feel that with some water and or fluff weight that injuries and far less likely at my age.
So onwards and upwards for this cycle,will run test e at 500mg split 2 pins weekly,NPP at 400mg weekly pin EOD,that's the whack.nothing fancy here man.

Looking thick and strong bro and it sounds like you know what works for you.
Cheers bro,yeah I certainly know what works best for me,tried every compound at one stage or another ,though I still throw some stupid compound combos and doses occasionally.always end up reverting back to the basics.

Incline barbell bench press.7° incline.
1× set of 30 reps @ 130lbs
1 × set of 8 reps @ 210lbs
1 × set @ 160lbs till failure,18 reps

Dumbbell press,
1× set of 40 reps at 70lbs
1 × set @ 110lbs till failure

Barbell skull crushers,
1 × set of 30 reps @ 70lbs
1 × set @ 90lbs t/f

Dumbbell.triceos extensions,
1 × set of 40 reps at 50lbs
1 × set @ 70lbs t/f

1 × set of dips till failure
1 × set of diamonds t/f.

Felt very tight after,even biceps were full,
20mg Anavar pre workout.(the culprit)

Next up ,legs or shoulders/traps.

Quick one though, how are you running the nutrition alongside that cycle? Are you just eating by feel or do you roughly keep protein and calories around a certain level to support the test/NPP setup?

I don't count calories and so on.i just eat bro,plenty of protein over course of my meal n snacks etc.making sure I get red meat few days a week,chicken a few and tuna with carbs,noodles etc.im lucky I'm active af and don't hold bf much,pretty much can eat whatever and it all burns off.ive done this so many years and times I know what my body needs to maintain and what needs to grow,which at my age,growing is hard work,lean tissue that is.but holding it,well most of it, after each cycle is rather easy.
I will be swapping the NPP out for deca very soon.have an awesome weekend bro

Barbell squats,
1× set of 30 reps @ 160lbs
1× set of 8 reps @ 220lbs

Barbell lunges,
1 × set of 40 reps @ 100lbs
1 × set of 20 reps @ 160lbs

Calve raisers,
2 × sets for 30 reps.
Quick sessions before work due to time restraint.
20mg Anavar pre workout always brutal pump, reminder to self,no Anavar on leg training, especially with bike ride and squats.

1× set 6 reps @ 160lbs

Arnold press,
1× set of 40 reps @ 35lbs
1 × set of 8 reps @ 60lbs

Dumbbell side delt raisers,
1 × set of 30 reps @ 25lbs
1 × set of 6 reps @ 40lbs

Barbell shrugs,
1 × set of 50 reps @ 100lbs
1 × set of 10 reps @ 220lbs.

Done and dusted,shoulders felt so heavy and full.right shoulder niggle from old injury is always a pain,even with the healing peptides cycles,not 100% yet.

Well it does sound like you’ve got your nutrition dialled in from years of doing it. Switching NPP to Deca makes sense too if you're planning to run it longer, I think most prefer the longer ester for that. Appreciate the insight :)

Not exactly,I mean I get enough protein etc but my diet is messy man,working job sites,day and night consecutive jobs I tend to eat mainly home cooked meals 4 nights a week but the rest is takeaway and bad snack habits.lunch on the go,etc.

Superset with
5 × set of 40 squats
50 box jumps for 2 sets
3 × sets of 30 standing calve raisers

Mixing it up somewhat.30 mg Anavar pre workout makes for awesome pumps.

Done and dusted,those flys really strained my shoulders,should've just stick to press.burned and pumped.20mg Anavar pre workout.

No Anavar pre workout for back or leg days,pumps are just to brutal.

Fair enough, that’s real life I guess. You’re still hitting the main thing which is protein, so you’re not as off track as you think. Maybe cutting back the junk snacks or prepping something simple when you can. Doesn’t need to be perfect.

Been taking bunch of grapes and bananas to work to snack on in truck driving home or whenever so that's a start, muesli bars but they aren't exactly healthy despite the claims.lol

Tricep dumbbell extensions,

Diet improving,much more whole foods during work, calories at 3400.
Still ate a whole pack of Kingston with my coffee.lol

I will update Thursday training session later tonight ,then try keep up,been working double shifts,Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday pouring concrete and formwork day and night,few hours between shifts,then onto the next day .feeling tired af
