I'm middle age tradie,been training on and off for over 25 years,ran every ped cycle you could think of.i like to stick to the basics these days,test,deca,dbol or Anavar,classic bulk,test tren Anavar,test EQ.only 2 compound cycles mainly with an oral occasionally.

Just a gym bro,never had ambition to compete,life too busy,diet is not great but suffice.
I train only free weights, medium weight compound lifts,high rep,medium to light weight isolation movements.i much prefer the golden era physiques and look over the shredded/peeled to the bone look,I also feel that with some water and or fluff weight that injuries and far less likely at my age.
So onwards and upwards for this cycle,will run test e at 500mg split 2 pins weekly,NPP at 400mg weekly pin EOD,that's the whack.nothing fancy here man.
