Hey Jay,

We're trying to get a couple of customers involved by sponsoring their 8 Week Peptide Therapeutic Cycle.

We've thrown it out there to customers but only one hook so far no bite.

We'll keep trying this week.

Good morning AGW Crew!

If you have already joined, your username is listed below as one of our 13 members. This competition aims to encourage engagement and motivation. It's an opportunity for you to challenge yourself to either bulk up, get lean, or simply lose body fat. There are no hidden agendas; we want to award the successful member with $5,000.

We're not just looking for the best body composition. We will consider factors such as your individual log updates, your collaboration within the community, the level of detail you provide in your logs, the frequency of your updates, and most importantly, the progress you've made from the beginning to the end of the competition.

Don't miss your chance to be a part of this competition. Sign up now and join the action!
We only need 7 more members to get this started!

@jay

We've been trying to bring our Evolutionary.org customers to enter but for some reason they've declined.

However, working on 2 customers one of them is close to joining the comp.

In regards to progress from the start to the end of the competition, I imagine some members may work with a coach (like myself) or may have a preset off season period or fat loss phase etc. Throughout those 12 weeks, will various factors be accounted for, for instance PED usage, the point of the phase and whether or not the phase changes throughout those 12 weeks? For instance, what if the first 7 weeks I'm still in my off season, but then for the last 5 I transition into a maintenance then fat loss phase?

Hey brother, great questions, and thanks for bringing them up. The competition is designed to be fair and based on a combination of factors.

We’ll be judging on several key areas:

Progress Photos:
You’ll need to submit a photo at the start and another at the end of the comp (one of the photos holding up your username and date).

Detailed Logs:
This includes tracking your food, training, any PED usage, and regular photo updates throughout the 12 weeks.

Contributions:
Your activity in supporting and engaging with other competitors’ logs and posts on the forum will also be taken into account.

Overall Progress:
The progress you make on your body will be a big factor, but it’s not the only one.

Regarding your specific scenario, whether you’re in an off-season, maintenance, or fat-loss phase, we’ll consider all aspects of your journey. The key is consistency and transparency in your logs. If your phase changes during the competition, just make sure to document everything clearly.

So, if you’ve got an amazing transformation but haven’t logged your journey or engaged with others, that alone won’t secure the win. We’ll be judging on everything together, and we’ll be strict with these rules to keep it fair for everyone.

Hope that answers your questions.

I think mate the transformation shouldn't just be how ripped the guy looks , but rather how much his changed in the 12 weeks.

For example if I'm 140kg fat and in 12 weeks I get down to 100kgs and look like I have gained muscle . so overall my transformation is the most dramatic and that should be taken into account. Also same should apply to someone who goes from 80kgs to 95kgs quality muscle with not much water retention visible etc.

It isn't just about body fat. "Regarding your specific scenario, whether you’re in an off-season, maintenance, or fat-loss phase, we’ll consider all aspects of your journey.
