Hi guys and girls I’m new to this forum
I’ve done a few cycles before just test and gained a good frame
Now I want to take it to the next level and shred while building muscle.
I was thinking a 250mg a week test e base
But would love some advice on what else to take to maximise this 10-12 week period

@25guage is on the money there. Just remember gear won’t do the shredding for you. Diet and cardio drive that. At 250mg Test you’ll keep muscle and the oral will help polish you up. Keep protein high and always include recovery, just don’t expect crazy gains in a deficit.

  • Know your current calorie intake.
  • Design diet with 250-500 -calorie deficit
  • Only reduce calories by 100-200 calories when visuals and weight stops moving
  • Steps average 10000 daily
  • Low-intensity cardio 60min @60% max HR

Low low-dose test will keep your muscle
Anavar once your 6-8 weeks into you deficit for 4weeks

12 weeks of consistency will get you the results….
