Competition Overview
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Start Date: TBA
  • Prize: $5,000 for the winner
Judging Criteria
  • Progress Photos: Submit one photo at the start and one at the end of the competition. Ensure one of the photos includes your username and date.
  • Detailed Logs: Track and update your food, training, and any supplements or PED usage regularly.
  • Frequency: At least 3 times a week
  • Contributions: Support and engage with other competitors’ logs and posts on the forum.
  • Overall Progress: Your transformation will be a key factor, alongside your log details and general community engagement.
Detailed Requirements

1. Progress Photos:
  • Start and end photos with your username and date visible in one of the photos.
  • Photos should be clear and taken in good lighting to best show your progress.
2. Log Updates:
  • Update your log at least 3 times a week
  • Include information on:
  • Food intake: What you eat daily, including portion sizes and meal times.
  • Training regimen: Detailed description of your workouts, including exercises, sets, and reps.
  • Supplement stack: Mention brands and types of supplements
  • Any PED usage: Include dosages and frequency if applicable.
    If your PEDs are not from an AGW approved sponsor, you may only mention the brand name and include a photo. Sharing contact details of non-approved suppliers will result in automatic disqualification.
  • Include regular photo updates as part of your log.
3. Community Engagement:
  • Actively support and engage with other competitors’ logs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
4. Consistency:
  • Consistency and transparency in your logs are crucial.
  • Document any changes in your phase (off-season, maintenance, or fat-loss).

  • Daily Updates: The more frequent and detailed your updates, the better. Aim for daily updates to show your dedication.
  • Detailed Entries: Include specifics about your food intake, training, and supplements. The more information, the better.
  • Engagement: Interact with other participants by commenting on their logs and providing support. High engagement increases your chances of winning.
  • Holistic Approach: Remember, it’s not just about body transformation—your log details and community involvement are equally important.

  1. Bullying, derogatory comments, or 'keyboard warriors' will not be tolerated as it goes against all the rules and values that AGW promotes.
