It’s my first time ordering from them so kinda sus about it.
I paid yesterday during day and was told tracking will be given soon.
I messaged today asking if it’s been shipping yet and got a message back saying now they’re shut till next year with no other reply so kinda worried I’m not getting my stuff till next year.
I need it ASAP

No need to be sus about it. If you made an order before the cut-off date then your order has been processed and sent out. I get and appreciate you want it ASAP but we don't have control over this, wish we did.
