30min bike rides with heart rate under 140 and some days an extra 30 min incline treadmill if i got time after working out

I apologise to @everyone no ecuse for not keeping the journal running yes i did train hard and yes im still putting the work in.
Over the past year i have gone from 38% bodyfat to 25% so next year i could be close to that 15% .

Day or night the phone is going off.
I have been hitting the gym still guys.
Mostly cardio
Still giving myself a solid 3 days of weights.

Plus im up about 2kgs from working to much hahaha

Seated shoulder press max 50kgs
Isolated cable raises
Cable rear delt pulls.
Chest press machine
Cable chest pull.
Felt a solid upper pump
