    Log for Saturday 1st November Quick arm workout today. I’ve been throwing a little more volume at arms in hope of bringing them up a bit. Strict form, more specific exercise selection. Has been very humbling, but I’m enjoying it.

    Log for Tues 28th October First proper leg session in quite a few weeks, and it felt amazing. Was just a good solid sesh where I felt in control and focussed. I really want to bring my legs up so here’s hoping moving forward I can be as consistent as I’d like to be and see some gains.
