    You’ll get used to it bud. Just need to do it once and I bet you’ll say, 'was that it?' Don’t overthink it. First one’s always the hardest, but after that, it’s smooth sailing. Just get in and get it done.

    I reckon @smutthers is spot on with the full-body approach. Best way to get your body firing again especially after a bit of time off. Don’t need to be smashing heavy weights right away. just focus on getting a good pump and getting to the gym. You can change things later on.
