    Mate just be careful with the rear neck pulldowns. I find it can be a bit iffy for your neck and shoulders. You're better off sticking with front pulldowns to your chest. Keeps everything in line and reduces risk of injury.

    BPC and TB500 are really good for healing. BPC hits the tendon directly and TB500 works all over. Pin the BPC near the pain and give it a few weeks to kick in. For the cramps, try magnesium, potassium and drink heaps of water. Don’t overdo it in the gym.

    Tendonitis sucks but you gotta work around it, not through it. Keep smashing the gym but ditch any movements that flare it up.. e.g. don’t try to bench heavy if your elbow’s screaming. Ice after the gym, maybe 15-20 mins and put some heat on it before you train to loosen it up. Do stretches...
