    I did single leg press yesterday (light weight) and really struggled. It’s crazy how much harder it is compared to using both legs, even with way less weight. I can normally load up more than 6 plates per side, but with single leg it just hits different. Just interesting how much harder it feels...

    That’s reassuring to hear, cheers. It’s mainly my elbows and knees giving me grief, so if NPP can take the edge off while letting me push a bit harder, I’ll take it. Planning to run it with Test E at 250mg a week and keep NPP around 300mg. Might add in some TB500 or BPC-157 if things don’t ease...

    Agree with you but nothing beats that post workout mirror check! lights hitting just right, veins popping and pump in full swing… wish you could freeze frame that moment and walk around like that all day 😂 Shame it fades quicker than a Sunday arvo nap
