I've recently discovered Reta and found that it's next level. My issue has always been cravings :rolleyes: I started at 1mg using 2ml BAC water and worked my way up to 2mg. Doing wonders for me so far.
What supplements do you take or what do you do to manage those nasty food cravings around that time of the month or just in general? I always get cravings for sweets, especially chocolate!!! And I don't like the protein chocolates. They have a weird taste or is that just me lol?
