    Sweet, sounds like you're pretty close already. I’d just aim to keep the protein near your usual 200g. That’s what keeps the muscle on, especially while cutting. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just consistent. Calories under 2500 is fine. Walks are spot on, good for recovery and keeps fat loss ticking.

    On rest days just keep your protein high, get your steps in and don’t let recovery slip. Even a 30min walk helps with fat loss and keeps things ticking. Don’t overthink it. Rest days are for recharging, not trying to catch up.

    Good on you for jumping back in. Never too late. I also agree with the full body workouts when starting out. Keeps things simple, burns more cals and gets the whole body working. Focus on big lifts like squats, rows, presses and just chip away.

    That recovery lag just means you’re leaving it all in the gym and that’s where real progress happens. Hitting 120kg is an achievement. Just need to stay on that track, keep that intensity up but don’t burn out either. Sometimes skipping that extra session is what keeps the engine running long term.
