    Good point bringing that up there’s actually a big difference between regular EVOO and proper medicinal olive oil. The medicinal stuff has way more super powers than the supermarket oils.

    Sweet, sounds like you're pretty close already. I’d just aim to keep the protein near your usual 200g. That’s what keeps the muscle on, especially while cutting. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just consistent. Calories under 2500 is fine. Walks are spot on, good for recovery and keeps fat loss ticking.
