    Yeah that all lines up brother. Some guys are genetically high on HCT so that 51 pre TRT shows it’s baseline for you. Just keep an eye on ferritin, viscosity and hydration and only look at donating if you’re symptomatic or if it keeps trending up.

    Good to see you back at it bro. That break probably did you more good than harm. Nervous system and joints would have had a nice reset. Don't stress about the strength.. it'll come back quick once the routines locked in again.

    That shoulder feels classic... first heavy set sting is just inflamed joints waking up. 20% deload for a couple of weeks makes sense. Leg extension jump is probably the machine difference and seat/ROM changes not the gear 😅. Switching to lying leg curls is smart for hamstring balance 👊
