Nope haven’t run it myself, but I know a few blokes who have. Most were carrying a fair bit of weight and struggled with sticking to a deficit... for them it helped curb appetite big time. But a couple ditched it early cause of nausea, low energy and zero drive to train.

If you're not obese or dealing with serious weight to lose... you don’t need it. It's made for people who can’t stick to a deficit or are dealing with metabolic issues. If you're already running test and mast, training 4-5 days and in a deficit.... you’re on the right track. Don't overcomplicate...
Makes sense brother. Even the best gear won’t do much. NPP and Anadrol both need a solid surplus behind them to shine.... especially NPP. Definitely get back on tracking everything..even if it’s just rough numbers. Maybe look into gut friendly options like fermented foods or even a good quality...
