    You’re doing all the right things brother. I’d ease off the BJJ and keep training around the injuries to keep moving. You don’t want to push too hard or you’ll set yourself back and have to start over again.

    I used to live on flat bench, but these days I've been focusing on incline work. Just feels like I get better upper chest engagement. But I can’t knock a solid flat session lol .... your numbers are tidy... that drop set finisher would’ve blown the chest up 👌

    I’ve run Winny a few times... mainly towards the back end of prep and short 4 to 6 week blasts. Always got that chiselled look from it, especially when I was already lean.Had to pin daily and definitely copped some PIP from time to time. Nothing too crazy but never really stayed on it long...
