    I’ll have a look into that app it seems cool, fair I struggle without carbs have to be over 200 to be able to function in a cut I just put my fats to 40 and feel fine

    Yeah I’ve always tracked food but went on holiday got lazy for 2 weeks then it was my brothers birthday and my birthday so I didt take them, yeah I weigh myself in the morning ever day and track it and track how my body looks in the mirror

    Current body weight is around 95-96 in the morning still have abs in most poses not as defined Iam happy with that strength is still going up eating around 4-6 k cals not tracking as much as I would like Iam going to start tracking everthing again also doing 20 mins of the spin bike 5x a week...

    Thank you I weighed 98 the other day after training and still had dercent abs there weren’t as defined as when I was 85 but still there getting pudgy in the face tho

    Didt track any food today as it was my birthday, my workouts I do 1 warm up set then track the other 2 sets and I also train Abs after 5x per week Iam also gonna start doing 30 mins cardio 5 x a week so I can push a bit more food and not get fat
