I'll send mine over later, my best attempt wasn't my best, wind blew the rope into me yesterday. I just want to have one more try. I tried this morning and it was a total failure, DOMS and metabolic fatigue has ruined me. Really should have done some practive runs beginning of week.
That's crazy amoutn of time, well done. I managed about 15minutes and had to give up for the rest of the day as my calves felt like they were going to explode. You've got this! 🦵

Did another 4 or 5 skipping sessions today, I've managed to get the point where the skipping isn't an issue. But it's a mental strength excercise in how long I can cope with burning calves and foot from arthritis.
