I used to run a lot and did quite a few ultras, I used to be really fit. But 8 years later with two kids life gets massively compromised, as I'm sure you're well aware of. Even then I used to do Parkrun every week, about a 22min 5km which was quite decent, then it was running with a pram, then a...
Good work, better to do something that nothing. I've done a few sessions where I've just gone in and done squats. Had 35 min max including shower than ran back to work for meeting and had to constatnly wipe the sweat away :D
Good start to the day, protein shake on waking up, made kids breakfast and lunches then made my ritual of a double banana oat shake.
Tried a 5km run, but gave up 2.5km in when near my house, shoulder was getting sore from my arm swinging. I never thought about how much your shoulder is involved...
It's good stuff, I was just comparing out of curisoty.
Black Belt Protein (Choc Whey) vs Bulk Nutrients (Choc Whey)
BB have higher protein content, lower fat, lower sodium, lower sugar and minimum $6kg cheaper, over $8kg cheaper if you buy 5kg. Aussie made too.
My only tiny grudge is that...
But surely they'll ask about what clinic I'm with, etc. I read someone who had changed clinics and they had to get an email from their previous dr. I'm just wondering if someone here had actual experience of it.
@trespassing_minds I hadn’t heard of them before but they’re on par with Bulk Nutrients quality wise. Saved just over $50 on my normal 6kg order.
Looks like I’m going to have to make another order, their creatine is half price. https://www.blackbeltprotein.com.au/
You know the drill, leg day #812.
Pre session protein shake. I’ve moved to Black Belt now, saved a fortune compared to Bulk Nutirents. So far so good, no fillers, mixes well and no digestion issues.
Was feeling strong today and after a session off thought I’d work my way up to 400 on the leg...
I'm not concerned about goign to UGL, have been using @ozsteroids no issues. My worry is how to go about getting back to a clinic without having to crash my levels /PCT route.
@hubbles thanks mate, slowly getting there, but I thought I'd get their slowly naturally... thought it'd be quite a bit faster at test levels of a 19 year old. I know a 3 day workout isn't best and I have improvements to my diet, but that'll have to wait until the kids are a bit older and can...
Well after 5 leg days in two weeks I decided to have an active rest day today and do a quick ride instead. Always room to work on my cardio.
Typical bananna breakfast shake and left over spag bol for lunch downed with another shake. Spent the last 30 mins bagging up protein, drugs and vitamins...
