Well due to my shoulder, for the next couple of weeks every workout will be legs. I quite enjoyed it actually, especially with taking the heavy compounds out saves me 35 mins. Next week I'll give the leg press ago. So frustrating that in the last few months, I've done my knee, foot and now...

Oh sorry to hear that, I'm sure that day will come for me too, I get injured so much easier now compared to when I was younger. Sucks getting old, I don't feel any different but my body does!
Thanks @Skays I'm still learning that one, Muay Thai I only spar light now, no hard sparring, and BJJ I try and take it slow. Didn't help that I had an agressive guy trying 100%, will try and avoid him next time rolling. Hard when half of it is based on your opponent.
@Skays I was doing really well with the bench, got up to a 134kg 1rm a few weeks back, then time off so slowly easing back into it.
Then frustratingly last night in training I was thrown on to my shoulder and heard a crunch noise. Arm currently in a sling now, I've got full movement luckily but...
Slowly easing back into it. Mostly did lighter reps than normal and performed them much slower than normal.
Cutting down set numbers to ensure I fit some ab exercises.
Squat (Barbell)
60kg x 10 reps
80kg x 10 reps
100kg x 10 reps
100kg x 10 reps
100kg x 10 reps

A tiny workout today, only had 30 minutes so this was the best I could do. Still feeling depressed over my weight loss, my daily 7 day average is now consistent drop of 2.42kg (86.92 - 84.5) literally back at exactly the same weight I as prior to this mesocycle, horrid feeling realising how much...
Well after a few hours I'm still struggling with a U, L, F workout, it seemed much simpler in my head. I've tried looking at some examples online but they are very basic beginner type 45 min workouts.
I've come up with the below but feel it's not quite right still, any critique most welcome...
I"m still with them, just dropped my test back down to get ready for blood tests. My fear is if leaving and going the UGL route and I need to get back on with a clinic for some reason, I'm not sure how I'd explain my levels, or I'd have to PCT and try and get my natural test going. I read the...
How much weight do you have to lose? I haven't used it but my concerns would be if you're not significanly over weight it's probably better to just stay in a deficit. Also the nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal distress which are likely would interfere with training and nutrient absorption.
Good work there mate, I can't imagine doing that volume as an early morning workout. Are you continuing to run Mast through your blood tests or have you stopped that too?
@sillichilli thanks again for your feedback. My workout isn't quite as bad as expecting, as it's not a weeks training. I only train three times a week, which means the sessions are rotated during each week, so the end of week session alternates. Not sure that makes sense reading this back.
