Reporting back from my earlier workout this week. Honestly I felt like in this session the weights felt like feathers and I ended up maxing out the whole stack on the pulley machine for my triceps push downs and did a hell of a lot for my cable curls too...
Definitely long term. I was doing jiu jitso for the first 6 months of the year constantly and loved it so this will be a good addition to an already existing skill set. It’s great fun too
