Don't stress too much bro, life happens. You still been showing up when you can. Once the comp kicks off, it’ll tighten everything up and get you dialled back in quick.
Just keep pumping through it. You’ve got the right mindset with the food and training. The gears just a small piece of the big picture, the real work’s what you’re doing now.
If main goal is to lose weight and lean up, smashing your cardio first is a good call. Just need to make sure you still push yourself decently hard on the weights after.
