Hard to push through those sessions even while you’re not feeling 100%! You did well in adjusting your schedule and listening to your body. Not worth doing more damage. And don’t stress about the scale swings..those are very normal, especially when recovering and eating a bit more.
Looks like you handled the ups and downs of your week really well man. It's the worst when life throws you those curve balls and you need to stay focused on nutrition and training. Been there a few times . As long as you keep that kind of mindset and discipline you'll be right.
Awesome job staying consistent. Keeping protein high is key for muscle preservation and you’re clearly nailing that aspect. Stick with this level of discipline and the results will keep coming guaranteed.
Very smart approach bro, that’s exactly how you close the gap. Just make sure you’re not rushing through reps on the weaker side cause it can get frustrating like you said. Always full stretch, full squeeze every time. Maybe throw in an extra iso set or some tempo work for the left too.
Only thing I’d tweak would might be worth adding a bit more whole food protein earlier in the day (shake + rice cakes + fruit = not much density). Could help with satiety and nitrogen balance, especially running Tren. Otherwise loving everything else 💪 Keep that momentum going bro!

If you put on fat pretty easily, it might be worth doing a bit of a cut first, tighten things up and then lean bulk from there. Even a mini cut can make a big difference before pushing calories up. Something to think about.
Like the boys said, great foundation my bro!
Love that you’re doing this naturally. Keep posting your foods and training 👊 it’ll help you keep on track
Great compound when used right @ozsteroids
For anyone running this, make sure your diet and training are dialled in or you’ll just be wasting it. Timing and consistency are key 💪
Don't stress too much bro, life happens. You still been showing up when you can. Once the comp kicks off, it’ll tighten everything up and get you dialled back in quick.
