3L isn’t low… you’re fine.
If lipids came back high I'd focus on the basics like clean food, less junk fats, add cardioand keep your hydration consistent. I also wouldnt overthink one result best to get a proper reading, then adjust.
You calves aren't that bad. I've seen worse lol. Just be patient and keep training them a minimum of 3 times a week. They will grow if you're consistent.
