I've always used WPI as it was always marketed as the better protein powder but man the prices are insane now

Just wanted to know other peoples thoughts if WPC is still as good? Or is wpi just that much better

I am not lactose intolerant

Cheers

Also is the new threema app the one you have to pay for ( Google Play store version?) just wanted to ensure i buy the right one

I've used both and never noticed strength or size difference switching between them. It usually comes down to budget, digestion and macros.. not gains.

If you don't have any gut issues, no benefit from WPI vs WPC. You'll benefit more from using Cassein and WPC. Cassein and night and throughout day and WPC/WPI around training. But even this is small incremental gains, nearly all research shows that the most important factor is the daily amount consumed.

If you hit your protein goal it doesn’t matter much whether it’s concentrate or isolate. Gains will be the same.

Thanks man so its not as good as they make it out to be
I dont think I have gut issues as I sometimes steam my mrs WPC when I run out and have no gut problem. I just notice its a little thicker to drink

I have been having Casein at night and WPI for years
so will probably switch to WPC and Casein now

I always and only had Casein mixed with greek yoghurt around this time of the night ( 9-10pm) as a desert
so good

Can anyone answer that question about the Threema app ? Is this the one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.threema.app&hl=en
