Hi guys,

Just being approved for TRT treatment.
First 6 months stock arrived, Primoteston 250mg/1ml.
Prescribed twice a week 62.5mg per injection.
Now it's a 3rd week and tbh can't feel anything...
Should i email a doctor and tell him i want to increase a dosage ?
My testoteron was low before i start injections.

Total testosteron 6.6 nmol/L. (8.3 -29)
Free testosteron 143.8 pmol/L(255.0 - 725.0)

I will be appreciated for any advice's
Thanks guys

Your starting bloods were properly low, under range. So TRT makes sense.

3 weeks in, way too early to be judging anything. Test e takes about 5 to 6 weeks just to fully build up in your system and the “feel it” stuff usually comes after that. Most don’t notice proper changes till 7+ weeks.

Your dose is normal TRT territory. It’s meant to put you back in range not make you feel like you’re on a blast. Big difference.

Upping the dose now would just be guessing and messing with your levels before they’ve even stabilised. Standard move is wait, pull bloods around week 8 to12, then tweak if numbers or symptoms say so.

Thanks mate, i will do an update after 8 weeks...
Can't wait to reach a " blast " feeling 💪
I've start loving this forum... 🙂
Finally i found mind blowing positive knowledge source... 😎

You'll probably notice you're less lethargic, more motivated, less depressed. But you're not going to feel like you're on a blast at 125mg a week. I'm on 200mg and feel mostly just normal. Still have the odd day it's tough, but massively improved since being on TRT.

I was on prescribed TRT for a few years. @nikzblitz and @ChasetheCase are spot on.

I only started noticing a real difference in how I looked and felt after a few cycles. That said, it’s not just the gear. The biggest factors are diet, training and recovery.

I have been on TRT for around 12months. I responded really well to it. I made reasonable gains and body composition. I was just under 15% BF gained strength and a little size. I also train 6 days a week. Everyone responds differently but imo a little goes along way. If you have been training without TRT you will definitely notice the strength and gains. Definitely must have your diet and training on point will make the difference 👍👍

Thanks for all the tips i really appreciate it.
Now just need to wait 8x weeks to have a first clear blood test review... and after i hope i can jump on 250 - 300mg per week.
I will be back soon with more info from the doctor.

You won't be able to move to 250-300 with a dr. Even if you take UGL gear you'll likely not have anywhere near enough time for your test levels to drop before your next blood test.

If you want to cycle, find out if your TRT provider will move to 6 monthly checks once you're results/symptons are stable. Then you will be able to do mini cycles and drop your blood in time. OR you will need to quit the clinic and do DIY.

Thank you so much for dose tips. Thats why i'm here to figured out what will be the best solution for me.
I want to do cycles, so on next ocasion when i will speak to dr. I will ask for 6 month's check ups.
If that route will be to difficult... then i will quit and do the DIY.

If you get the 6 month blood tests, you'll be sweet.
