The 3 on-cycle supps I take year round (and why)

Generally, I'm taking these 3 for majority of the year while cruising, but there are other case-specific supps that come out when blasting of course, depending on the cycle.

Fish Oil: I try aim to consume 600-800mg EPA&DHA with each meal. Taken for it's anti-inflammatory properties and to improve triglycerides.

Citrus Bergamot: 500mg with breakfast and dinner. Fruit extract that mainly improves cholesterol levels by lowering LDL and raising HDL.

COQ10: 100mg with breakfast and dinner. Power antioxidant that improves power output and workout quality, has also been shown to improve sperm quality.

Sometimes 50mg zinc for bigger loads, lol.

The list usally get's a lottt larger on blasts.
 
@Trenmaster what do you think is the best thing for the Liver Support and how often do you think it should be taken. Just want to keep mine under control as I just got some test results back. Thanks!

AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase): 62 U/L (Reference range: 5 - 35 U/L)
ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase): 55 U/L (Reference range: 5 - 40 U/L)

Usually I'd go with NAC and TUDCA for mildly elevated levels like those.

500mg NAC with breakfast and dinner
500mg-1000mg TUDCA with breakfast and dinner (depending on levels)

Anything up to 100 is considered mildly elevated levels, but be aware that your levels will be skewed if you've trained in the last 4 days leading up to pulling bloods.

If on a blast, nearing 100 AST/ALT or over with no sign of improvements, last resort is glutathione peptide injections after intense damage. 2500mg per week injections.
 
There's quite a few on my list but the top 3 are Curcumin, NAC, and Astragalus Root.

Curcumin great for reducing inflammation and joint pain. I take 1000mg daily with black pepper extract to help absorption.

NAC for supporting the liver during cycles. I take 600mg twice a day to maintain healthy liver function.

Astragalus Root I take 500mg daily for kidney support, and during heavy cycles to help with overall kidney health.
 
I take Omega-3 Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and Magnesium all year.

Omega-3 helps with inflammation and keeps my heart healthy. I take about 2000 mg every day. I also take Vitamin D, about 4000 IU a day to keep my bones strong, help my immune system and also balance my hormones. 400 mg of Magnesium at night to help my muscles, reduce cramps, and sleep better, which is vital for recovery and growth.
