Generally, I'm taking these 3 for majority of the year while cruising, but there are other case-specific supps that come out when blasting of course, depending on the cycle.
Fish Oil: I try aim to consume 600-800mg EPA&DHA with each meal. Taken for it's anti-inflammatory properties and to improve triglycerides.
Citrus Bergamot: 500mg with breakfast and dinner. Fruit extract that mainly improves cholesterol levels by lowering LDL and raising HDL.
COQ10: 100mg with breakfast and dinner. Power antioxidant that improves power output and workout quality, has also been shown to improve sperm quality.
Sometimes 50mg zinc for bigger loads, lol.
The list usally get's a lottt larger on blasts.
