One would definitely feel better at 250mg a week, but is it optimal in the long term. The more you take on a cruise, the more you need during a cycle to get the results you want. This is due to not allowing your receptors to recover because they are always saturated with anabolic agents at double the weekly dose of TRT. At sustained 250mg per week. The end result is high blood pressure, reduced lifespan, and a heart attack at some point. Sad but true.
True TRT is 75-80mg a week. 125mg puts you above normal. A “sports” TRT would be around 175/180mg. Always take less for your own safety. But that’s just my opinion.
