Sugar-Free VS Full-Sugar

What's everyones take on sugar-free foods/drinks with stevia and those no-fat foods compared to the regular full-sugar and full-cream options? Do you think it really matters if you're not overdoing it? Curious to hear thoughts.

For me, using sugar free and non fat options helps manage my calorie intake, but I always check the labels for weird additives.

Sugar is pretty bad for some people. If you have digestive, sugar , caloric or fat issues it’s probably a good option. Manufactured food/ drinks in general are not a good habit. If I’m eating junk food I want those calories

I think if you’re cutting, stuff like stevia’s great ‘cause it’s sweet without the calories and perfect for keeping the fat off without spiking insulin. But if you’re bulking, a bit of natural sugar and healthy fats can be your best friends. Sugars fuel your workouts and fats help with testosterone for muscle growth. I reckon it all comes down to your goals, cut calories when you need to stay lean and use real stuff to fuel gains when you’re building.
