Some help!

Finally decided to post.

I wanted to pick your brains. I'm 62years old. Just had a divorce 6 months ago. I use to go to the gym alot but haven't been in years. I've always been quite thin all my life. You might think I'm too old for this :ROFLMAO: but age is just a number. I signed up the other day at Anytime Fitness.

I did play with steroids in my youth and little in my 40s. But right now, pretty clueless. I did read alot of these posts and have gained a bit of knowledge again.

There seems to be alot of smart cookies here so thought I'd ask you all... what shall I do? :):):)

Yes, do blood tests all the time and everything is normal given my age.

Thank you in advance gents!

Nicholas

Gday old boy!! Good on ya for getting back into it mate! I’m 40 next month so not far behind you haha!

I’m not experienced enough to offer any genuine educated advice, and I’m sure others will chime in soon. But I would think the basic addition of Testosterone (E or C) only would probably be the best way to go for you.

Perhaps consult a GP first and inform them of your intentions.

And if you need, there are verified sponsors on here like @gearmaniac101 that can help you out with what you need should you choose 😊

Gp and bloodwork is a good start to see where your levels are make sure they test total and free test as well a shgb

Get your diet on point track your calories and macros

Get a good 3 day week program working if you got time for daily cardio even better.

Then when your are ready hit up @gearmaniac101 for a couple vials of test C or E and start with 150 to 200mg per week split in to 2 or 3 injections

Train eat rise repeate.
.the 8 to 12 weeks redo your bloods and see how you look

I've started with light weights, trying not to hurt myself. It's been a while so taking it slow and steady.

Also decided to go with 250mg test E every 10 days for the next few months and then get my blood tests done.

I'm really impressed with the genuine people here and thank you to Doc who reached out to me . True Gentleman!

That's a smart way to start things off. At our age that dose will go along way when starting off. I'm doing a few cycles but that'll just come in time. Best advice I can give you is act your age in the gym 🤣 don't go doing things that a 30yr old would do or you'll end up with nothing but injuries. Take it very easy and slowly matey. You're not overweight which is a massive positive. Enjoy!
