You might see a few units lost at first prime, but not enough to significantly eat into your total peptide doses if you’re using them right.
I've been trying to use insulin needles, but the 3ml vial stoppers are so stiff and the entry area being so small and trying to get the needle in with out touching the sides of the inside of the stopper bit, I ended up with hard to push in needles. My love handles look like a pin cushion. Tried 0.5ml 29g, 1ml 27g, I've tried and failed at back filling. Nothing worked. I've even tried the good old changable needles, but end up wasting loads trying to get some of the air out. Or having multiple attempts trying to get more air to the back of the syringe to push the rest of the peptide out. I think in hindsight I should have just transfered to a 10ml vial, but was worried about wastage and degregadtion.

Ah ok, I thought about doing this but heard it degrades the compound, how much though is anyone's guess. I was just more worried that I'll be using the same vial for about 3-4 months so already pushing it. But think i'll do this next time. Just need to find the best place to order sterile vials.
Nah done right it won’t degrade it. What ****s the peptides are heat and light. Compounding pharmacies use larger vials all the time. There's heaps of websites you can buy sterile vials
