Hey guys
I’m trying to lose weight and retain muscle.
I’ve never taken peptides before, I’m needing information on which peps to take that will assist with this.
What dosing is best to start with?
And an aus based reputable supplier?
I’m currently sitting on 100kg
With a fat rate of 32.8%
Muscle mass is 64.2kgs
I’m at the gym 5 days a week 1.5 hour sessions a day.
Also what can I use to improve my energy and cognitive function as half way through my working day I hit a wall and severe brain fog kicks in?
Any help is appreciated
Thanks in advance

Main thing is diet and deficit, that’s what’s gonna drop the weight. If you wanna run something you can look at reta for appetite and seems to help more overall. @ozsteroidsofficial is your go to for all peptides including reta. That brain fog is usually low carbs, dehydration or poor sleep. Add electrolytes and creatine.

Welcome Gymjunkie! will always say nutrition and diet is what will always be king!
Calories will determine weight while macro body composition!

are you tracking your calories and macro?

Looking at the comment you made around brain fog and energy - when or have you ever had your bloodwork done?
I would be checking these, without knowing your ages this could also be a factor of a lower test level.

Peptides like Reta are great for supporting a fat loss journey but they are support. if your diet isn't habit when you stop you will/could rebound when the hunger comes back.

for vendors we have two @gearmaniac101 and @ozsteroidsofficial both have 1000s of reviews and happy gym junkies.

As mentioned already, Retatrutide is the secret weapon here. 4mg a week is the best in regards to outcome / sides, you'll need to work up to it slowly.

I started on 0.5mg, for two weeks, and increased 0.5mg every two weeks, went up to 2mg and lost about 7kg in three months. Mix of water, glycogen, fat and muscle, in the end probably about 4.5kg fat.

Make sure you start low, and steadily titrate up. Takes 4-5 weeks before saturation. If you’re still getting results you may not need more. Slow weight loss is always the best. You really don’t want to get nausea as a side effect as it will impact your training.
