Not that I know. If Telegram was cancelled they would have announced it here.

Telegram is not shut, still active.

As a pre-caution, we are moving to Threema for orders and this will be a transition. Aim is to protect you from scammers and protect our account from being shut down or banned. We rather make the move now while we are active on Telegram.
