Need some advice on AST and ALP should I be concerned

Hey All,

Height: 179cm
Weight: 76kg

I finished my 375mg Test, 200mg Mast E cycle. I also had a few weeks on anavar 50mg per day was my highest dosed week. Finished this cycle 5 weeks ago since then I have been cruising on 180mg of test E. I will be lowering this cruise dose though since I got my bloodwork back and have high e2. My bloodwork shows elevated AST and low ALP. These are the marker I'm concerned about before starting my next cycle. However I did do pretty intense cardio 3 hours before my blood test (yes I know that's stupid). I've heard this can raise your AST due to muscle soreness. I was going to wait 4 more weeks before pushing my next cycle of Test 300mg and potentially 400mg of mast ( I wanted to push mast higher while trying to not skyrocket my e2). Is this a good idea, I will also be working hard to try improve my AST, doing cardio ED, glutathione 1500mg split over 2 weeks, Nac, Tudca, milk thistle as sips and a clean whole food diet. However I am unsure what I should do to bring my ALP up and whether it's concerning.

My bloodwork is attached. Thanks for any advice open to criticism because I know I been stupid.

Agree @ChasetheCase training hard before bloods absolutely can skew AST. AST rises from muscle damage not just liver stress. So I wouldn’t read too much into that single result. Best move is exactly what you’re already thinking. Stay cruising, pull training back 2 to 3 days, no alcohol, no orals, then redo test before starting another blast.

Low ALP on its own is usually not a red flag it’s more concerning when it’s high, not low.

Dropping cruise dose to settle E2, letting markers normalise then reassessing is the smart play. If AST comes back normal when rested, you’ve got your answer. Imo, patience beats pushing another cycle and guessing.
