A bit about myself I’m currently 25 and been training for most of my life since 12.

Other then Sarms I ran my first test cycle at 23 years old and dabbled with multiple compounds to see how I respond to each. This was more of an experiment for me. I handled the dosages and compounds really well and opened up a whole new world for me.

After the first cycle I spent about 9 months completely off and then started TRT.

While on TRT + Fertility protocol I got my mrs pregnant 😁

Now I’m ready for a blast throughout 2025. I check bloods every 4-12 weeks depending on the cycle I’m on.

In this photo I’m 172cm, 91kg and around 13-14% body fat. Never actually checked my BF% just going of looks.

Open Cycle will continue based on blood work with changes happening along the way. First week so far is:
1250mg test E 5ml

300mg Test P 3ml

750mg EQ 3ml

200mg NPP 2ml

75mg Tren H 0.5ml

50mg Tren A 0.5ml



Total = 2625 mg = 14ml


Anadrol 100mg sublingual on training days

Will be adding in GH / Insulin within the next 2 weeks.

I mix all my gear at the start of a week in a 30ml vial. Give it a shake and inject around 4 days a week. Can be any 4 days but prefer training days.

AI and ancillaries:
Arimidex - 0.5mg E2D or Letrozole 2.5mg if nips get to sensitive

Cabergoline 0.25mg Post injection ( That’s when I feel like my progesterone shoots up due to the shorter esters )

Cialis 10mg daily

Telmisartan when needed

10mg methylene blue daily

No statins of as yet HDL and LDL in range. I take around 6g fish oil a day



Blood pressure checks daily

Blood sugar levels checks ( I’m not diabetic but with a lot of food it’s good to keep track of )

Diet Overview:

Aiming to pack on serious mass so not following a strict diet. I avoid high sodium and high cholesterol foods. I’m aiming for 4000-6000 calories a day mainly consisting of chicken, fish, beef, rice and pasta. I will post a few samples of what I eat as we progress on the log and add more diet details. Yes insulin will be deployed within the coming weeks with the GH.

Training Schedule:

I train 4-5 days a week, focusing on a mix of heavy lifting and drop sets till failure. I usually do 1-2 sets per exercise and about 4-5 exercises per muscle other then biceps where I do 3.

My routine/ split has no set days and I take rest accordingly to my recovery. I start with Heavy lifting - chest + back
- Shoulder + Arms + forearms
Then I move onto the controlled workouts
- chest + back
- Shoulder + Arms + forearms
I do legs at least once a fortnight but generally once a week. Legs is the only muscle that I dedicate a day to. Go hard go strong go home.

Back workouts I mainly stick to bent over rows and other rowing movements with some machine work.

Chest is mainly dips, pec deck incline smith and dumbbell presses in either flat or incline bench. I don’t do any free barbell workouts for chest.

Shoulders I focus on presses, raises and pace pulls for rear delts with shrugs for traps.

Triceps and arms, pretty much smash them and move on.

Legs = Blood bath, squats, machines, presses and all.

I try train abs at least twice a week at the end of work outs.

I don’t do much cardio occasionally 15 minutes on the bike. The reason being I’m a carpenter and am constantly on the move smashing over 10k steps a day.


Goal for the Competition:
Add in huge mass. I plan to push the bar for a short while. I work everything off bloods and make changes constantly tailored for the better.

Health Status
I’m in generally good health with no major medical conditions. Being a carpenter really ****s you up physically. I got a few discs in my lower back, occasional knee / shoulder pain that comes and goes.

Generally get sciatica pain when using GH. Can be that GH causes slight inflammation of nerves. That slight swelling can be enough to get my nerve pinched.

In terms of gear, I handle the gear fairly well. I don’t suffer from bad back acne, hair loss, roid rage or any of the other side effect a lot of other people experience.
 
Macros I aim for:
P: 320-400g

C: 450 -700g

F: 80-100g

Come down to a day to day decision based on a few factors including intensity of work, training and whether insulin is being used or not.
 
Current photos. Have not been the the gym in 4 weeks. Have been off diet for 4 weeks also. So no pump, pretty de-hydrated here, and looking fluffy which will change as cycle proceeds.

First week back on cycle, training starts next week. Just waiting to confirm recovery post surgery.

I really had to try hard holding myself from training today. Haven’t been to the gym in a month. Feeling good to go for Monday. Healing up well from my surgery.

Had a cheat day today with a doner kebab roll. Easily 1100 calories, should have seen the size of this roll.
Also had kaak cheese for breakfast. Thats another 1000 calories. I did work today so yeah that should help with the calories.

Will end the day with
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 280g
Fat: 120g

3000 calories flat.

Also will be skipping out todays jab and doing that tomorrow. Will be taking 1.25mg letrozole and 0.25mg caber today.
 
Skipped out on yesterday’s jab. Want to avoid 19nors for a while so I didn’t withdraw from my premixed 30ml vial.

So I decided to jab 500 Test E and 250 EQ in my left delt using 27G needle and yea that was a 3ml shot so took some time to get through the 27G needle but was pain free.

No corks, no lumps no pain. In really smooth. I may possibly go to the gym today, even tho doctors have advised against it for now.

0.25mg caber taken with the shot
1.25mg Letrozole taken with the shot

So I made it to the gym last night. Was feeling well post surgery but couldn’t lift heavy following doctors advice.

Workout Chest and Back:

- light stretching / warm up shoulders and joints.

- Pec deck superset with dips: Warm up set then drop set on pec deck machine till failure then straight to body weight dips till absolutely shaking.

- Incline double press: 2 sets completed with light weight high rep. Second set was a drop set till failure.

- lower cable flies: 2 Sets. First set was with a good weight for 12 reps. Second set was a drop set till absolute failure.

- Bent over rows: 7 sets alternating between wide, reverse and neutral grip on the fixed T bar row machine. Light weight slow reps with time under tension for 12 reps.

- Seated single arm cable row: 2 sets each arm pushed till failure. Last were on fire by this point.

-Reversed superman / Hyper extensions: 1 set for 12 reps. Couldn’t continue anymore from here due to injuries.

Over all was a great workout, felt pumped after and no definitely sore the next day.

Massive cycle!!

You’re running long and short esters of the same compounds (Test E + Prop, Tren A + Hex), which makes it harder to track sides or dial things in. Is there a reason why you chose this? You could simplify by choosing one ester for each and still get the same gains with less hassle. THe total weekly dose is over 2.6g and with Anadrol and soon GH + insulin in the mix, you’re stacking a lot of pressure on your body. Might be worth re-thinking this? Nothing wrong with simplfying this, I'm getting anxiety just thinking about it 😂

Just want to make sure you do this safely mate.
 
My suggestion:

Test- Keep this at 500mg . Anything more you’ll just be fighting estrogen without much extra benefit.

EQ- You don’t need 750mg. 400mg is more than enough for getting that mass and endurance boost. EQ’s gonna help with appetite too.

NPP/Tren- 200mg is good for joint support, but you really don’t need both NPP. I’d personally drop one of them.

Anadrol- Running 100mg daily is too heavy, especially with all the other gear you’re on. I’d keep it at 50mg on training days and run it for 4-6 weeks max. It's a very strong compund and can do some serious damage.

Cialis – 5mg daily is plenty.

Insulin/GH- Unless you’re already familiar with how to run them, I’d hold off on adding GH and insulin right away. This is already a decent stack. Start with just the Test, EQ, and NPP first and once you’re comfortable you can experiment with the GH and insulin later.

Less is more. Keep the diet on point with your calories, focus on your training and adjust based on your blood work AND how you're feeling. You don’t need to run everything at once. I get that you know your body but even with experience, it’s easy to go overboard on cycles.

That GH + sciatica flare up is interesting... I’ve heard of that nerve inflammation happening in a few others, especially if there’s already disc pressure going on. Need to be very mindful when training.

I completely agree with you, first cycle I push the bar this high. Previously I’ve done short cycles testing different compounds and pushing to dosages I can handle.

It terms of the short esters and long esters.

The short esters are deployed earlier on in the cycle, I’ll be cutting them out a few weeks in. That’s the plan. The way I plan to do this cycle will not be like how most people do it Compound A + Coumpound B for said weeks. I’ll be changing and adding things to go. Dosages will come down or up.

Might even pull the 19nors out and go for 1g test E 750mg sus and 750mg Bold + YK11, Anadrol, GH

Yeah definitely bro, as soon as I deploy GH my sciatica kicks in down my left leg to my two middle toes. I went to physio for a while and the practitioner had no idea what was happening 😂.

He was a mate of mine and eventually i explain to him what was the cause when i stopped the GH and it went. Ran GH twice and had that issue both times.

I completely agree with you. You’re advise is actually correct. That’s why I don’t recommend what I’m doing and will be doing bloods every 4 weeks. I’ll post them up and work off bloods.

Ill post progress pics and changes in cycle as there will be frequent changes.

It will be interesting to log this for you guys so I’m going to go for it. As of now no sides. I had a little bit of oily skin but a shower with heads and shoulders shampoo as body and face wash fixed that. No sore nips, no blurry vision and daily blood pressure checks have been perfect. Still early to tell with the longer esters of course but I’m doing my care.
 
Shoulder and arms day today. Nice and short workout but with high intensity light weight till failure.

Started with shoulders:

- Shoulder press:
Warm up set 20kg x 12
1st set 30kg x 16 reps
Second set drop set from 35kg x 6 > 25kg x 12 > 12.5kg x 16 > 7.5kg x 8

- Seated rear delt flies dumbbells
Warm up set 10kg > 12
1st set 15kg x 14 > 10kg x 12 > 5kg x 8

- Straight bar front raises super set with dumbbell front raises.
1 set 40kg straight bar x 12 > 10kg dumbbell x 18

- Side raises dumbbell
1st set 15kg x 12
2nd set 15kg x 12 > 7.5kg x 16 > 2.5kg x 8

- Shoulder shrugs 20kg plate each hand
1 set till absolute failure


Triceps

- Triceps cable push down
Drop set till failure from 42.5kg down till 7.5kg. About 4 drops in weight

- Triceps reverse grip cable push downs
Drop set till failure from 32.5kg down till 7.5kg. About 4 drops in weight

- Single Arm cable push down
10kg x till failure each arm + assisted reps

- Biceps

Wide grip dumbbell curls. Drop set till failure of each weight 15kg > 10kg > 5kg.

Dumbbell hammer curls
Drop set till failure of each weight 25kg > 15kg > 7.5kg.


- Forearms
Forearm curls with 10kg barbell till failure x 2 sets.

Got home from gym around 11PM and had about 70g protein 25kg carbs. Also took my supplements including 10mg methyl blue as pictured in post. 😁

Solid sesh. Shoulders would've got a real good pump. Skull crushers are also good to throw/swap in the with the triceps?

Protein and carbs post-workout’s spot on.. just make sure you’re getting enough fats too.

Looks like an intense log , will be following
