hey bro, i’ve run mk677 on two separate occasions. i track everything with a whoop which gives super thorough data into recovery, sleep etc. there were no real changes over this time at all. same heart rate variability (main indicator of recovery) and no changes in deep or rem sleep.
i did feel like i was sleeping better and i was definitely super hungry for the first two weeks both times. my hair got thicker and my fingernails and toenails were harder.
