Now I have a bit of time on my hands I'm loving the PPL 6 x days per week split, about 1 hour per session.
reasonably lean everywhere except this stupid saggy pot belly thing.....but shit happens I suppose when you kind of old
never taken anything stronger than creatine and protein powder.
