reasonably lean everywhere except this stupid saggy pot belly thing.....but shit happens I suppose when you kind of old

never taken anything stronger than creatine and protein powder.

Looking forward to reading and communicating here.

Thank you GW.

Posted a new thread in another section just now. Looking forward to getting an education from you guys "in the know"

Welcome mate. Ive responded to your other post but just to piggy back off of @gymwhore i will second what he has mentioned. I have recently gotten a work collegue in his 50s onto some test and he hasn’t shutup about how young he feels.

You will get all the knowledge you need in here my friend

Hi and welcome. Don’t let the age thing worry you, it’s just a number. I’m a month off 63, still killing it. Try collagen powder for a couple of months, you might be surprised how it helps tighten your skin up, re saggy belly, not to mention other health benefits at our age. I use the HCP from bulk nutrients, I just put 10g in my post workout shake. I also took it during my tricep tendon repair, and the surgeon couldn’t believe how the scar healed, it’s almost invisible.
Another thing I have found, for me, and I will say for me, because we all recover at different rates, only you know your body, but for me, I only train 4 days per week, but I do a 10 day split, so I train my whole body over 6 training days in a 10 day block. So two on one off, two on, two off.
Chest
Quads
Rest
Shoulders
Hams and calves
Rest
Rest
Back
Bi’s and tri’s
Rest
Repeat.
This works for me, it gives my body more time to recover, I’m also a concreter, so work hard all day, then train. I burn out if I try to train any more.
I’m sure you will find the answer to your questions here, plenty of members with lots of knowledge

This perked my ears, if you don't mind me asking what brand of Collagen powder do you use? I've never taken it but was just looking at it this morning and found a brand called 'Ancient Nurtrition Multi Collagen Powder' its got Type I, II, III and V in it.

This is from Costco. Really good stuff IMO

Welcome Hazy, I am tending to agree with the last and using Test made me feel young again, I am 49 and feel 30.
Also might want to get some blood work done.
Welcome bro
