Hey all I am new here and to the world of bodybuilding. I have been watching youtube videos looking for information on starting my first cycle. I am 29 y old, 192cm, 83kg. I worked out a lot when I was younger but then got a boring office job and put on a bunch of weight. Recently discharging from defence service (now fitter), and want to elevate my passion for fitness by trying to use PED but am finding a lot of conflicting info. Currently pretty average physique, would it be a good idea to cycle and any reccomendations on what to take? I have watched Dr Mike and some other youtube videos recommending SARMS but not sure about those. Currently am thinking of doing just Test E for 350mg a week for a 12 week cycle. Any advice from experienced people would be much appreciated! Thanks
