I've been using it alongside my TRT for a couple of years now. HGH is amazing for loosing body fat, gaining lean muscle, anti-aging and the recovery benefits are next level. 2 IU per day is common for most men for general benefits. I use it more for muscle gain etc.. and I take 6 IU split into morning and night.. this works for me. If you do start, give it at least 8 to 12 months to see changes. It can get pricey, so if you're going to go down this road be prepared as it's not an overnight fix and you need to be committed and consistant with it or else is just a waste.
